During the operation of the ball mill, it is easy to cause wear and damage to the liner, which will affect the service life of the ball mill. So what should we pay attention to when using the ball mill rubber liner?
1. Check all parts of machinery and electrical appliances before driving, check whether the connecting bolts of the lining plate are loose; whether the lubrication points of each lubrication point are normal, whether the transmission device is normal and reliable, whether the protective device is intact, whether the electrical instruments are sensitive, and whether the carbon brush of the motor is in good contact.
2. After the inspection is correct, press the start button to start the motor, and pay attention to the change of current. The liner of the ball mill should not be started more than twice in a row, and the interval between the first time and the next time should be more than 5 minutes. If it is started for the third time, it needs to be checked with the electrician and fitter before starting. Do not start at the same time as other equipment, and start in a staggered manner to avoid tripping.
3. During the operation of the rubber liner of the ball mill, pay attention to observe whether the hollow shaft and the oil ring are rotating with oil, and whether the temperature of the hollow shaft is normal. If the hollow shaft is found to be hot and close to burning tiles, do not stop immediately to avoid "shaft holding". At the same time, pay attention to check the oil quantity and temperature of each lubricating part, and refuel regularly.
4. The heat treatment of the liner is an important way to reduce the wear of the liner of the ball mill, so it is necessary to select the appropriate heat treatment process according to the material of the liner. However, in actual work, the relevant staff lacks understanding of the lining material, so the insufficient processing of the lining in the heat treatment work not only does not play a strengthening role, but reduces the strength of the lining, and the impact of steel balls and materials will occur. plastic deformation.
