主要性能及特点：
1、耐磨性能好，使用寿命长，其耐磨性为钢制筛板的3~5倍。
2、维修工作量小，聚氨酯筛板不易损坏，使用寿命长，因此可以大大降低维修量和停产检修损失。
3、总成本低，尽管同一规格（面积）的聚氨酯筛板比不锈钢筛板一次性投资高（约2倍），但由于聚氨酯筛板寿命是不锈钢筛板的3~5倍，而且维修和更换次数少，所以总成本并不高，经济上也是很合算的。
4、耐湿性能好，可在水为介质的条件下工作，且在水、油等介质的情况下，聚氨酯与物料的摩擦系数降低，更利于透筛，提高筛分效率，并可避免潮湿微粒的粘附，同时因磨擦系数降低，磨损减少，使用寿命提高。
5、耐腐蚀，不易燃，无味。
6、由于筛孔设计合理，筛板制造工艺独特，极限尺寸的颗粒不会阻塞筛孔。
